Short Courses & Workshops Library
This space contains a growing collection of shorter trainings and workshops offered through Deeside Yoga Institute. These sessions explore specific areas of yoga education in a focused and accessible format.
Some workshops are delivered live via Zoom, with recordings and materials added here afterwards. Others may be released directly as recorded sessions. Over time this library will develop into a small archive of continuing education resources for teachers and practitioners.
At present, the library contains the 10-Hour Intro to Nervous System and Yoga training. The upcoming live sessions will be recorded and uploaded here along with slides and course materials.
Additional workshops will be added throughout the year, including topics such as Yin Yoga and Burnout, Chair Yoga for Older Adults, Teaching Philosophy in Practice, Pain Science and Yoga, Fascia and Sensation, and Scope of Practice in teaching.
